And sometimes you just want to take a break!
Thank you so much for looking out for one another, there is no doubt this has been a very long year, and despite that you have done a great job of working hard to protect yourself and one another. And as we know it is still important to keep it up, even when you don’t feel like it.
So when you are feeling a bit of mask fatigue, please take a break! Go outside, take off your mask, breathe in the fresh air, take 10 deep breaths, stretch, bounce on your toes, walk around the building, find joy in watching the geese on the grass, feel the sun on your face, it’s good for you and will fill you with Vitamin D!
