Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are expected at times Wednesday afternoon and evening when visibility will be reduced to less than half a mile. Power outages may develop from snow loads Wednesday afternoon and there may be some thunder snow. Highest accumulations will be in the hilly areas.
